What you will be getting
Full service of graphics as seen in your pre-selected tier. Which can include: Banner design sets, photo editing, flyer design, poster design and more.
Content Development
Briefs are required to commence work on your graphics. Graphic briefs should be sent within a reliable time frame to ensure we deliver by your deadline. To guarantee high quality work, 24 hrs notice minimum is required, subject to workload.
How to Pay
The full retainer amount is due at the start of the mutually agreed time of commencement. As services are used, time is collected and added to your pre-paid retainer. All work performed is itemised and documented in a simple timesheet – you will be provided with a copy of the timesheet at the end of each month with your invoice if requested.
Unused Hours Expire
We do our best to make sure you stay up-to-date on the status of your retainer hours, but ultimately it’s your responsibility to make sure they’re used within the monthly time frame. Unfortunately, unused hours at the end of the monthly contract are forfeited, unless your package states differently.
However, if you have a 10-hour retainer, but you need 15 hours worth of work in a given month, we bill you the additional 5 hours at the same rate as the retainer, not the normal bill rate.
